Our team is here to help you navigate our vendor tools and policies successfully! Issues reported on the extranet will be handled within the same business day if submitted prior to 4pm EST. Emails will be reviewed within 24 hours, but some requests may take longer to get a response. For non-urgent issues please kindly allow 2-3 business days before following up.

Item Submission and Item Details

Submit a new item for consideration
Use our item submission form and we’ll make sure your item gets in front of the right buying team. If you already work with the category buyer, you may also email them directly.

Ask a question about the Terms & Conditions, vendor code of conduct, safety statement, or vendor census
Email the category buyer who sent you the vendor paperwork

Ask a question about the New Item Form
Reply directly to the email containing the link to your new item form

Inform UG about an upcoming price change, materials change, design change, etc
For inventoried items: On the Extranet, visit the Active SKUs tab and click the “Contact UG” link for the affected SKU
For Drop Ship items: Email the category buyer

Let UG know an item has been discontinued

Inquire about forecasts
Inquiries about in season forecasts can be directed to your planner. Future forecasts for catalog items are shared about 2 months prior to the start of the catalog period, and web forecasts are generally available about one month prior. Planners adjust timelines in accordance with lead times.

Share a Product Development idea
Contact the category buyer to discuss your idea. They can work with you on whether the idea is a good fit for UG and how to best partner on the development.

Find out when my item is going live
We will not be able to tell you when your item is going live until all paperwork is submitted and the initial PO is received (for warehouse items). If all this criteria is met it will generally be 1-2 weeks before the item is live. If it has been more than 2 weeks you may contact your
buyer to get an estimate.
